Privacy policy

The short version

Your PDF is never uploaded. It is opened, rendered, measured, enhanced and rewritten inside your own browser tab, and the enhanced file is handed straight back to you.

There is no server-side component that receives documents. That is not a promise about what we choose to do with your files — it is a description of how the application is built.

How to verify it yourself

You do not have to take our word for it.

1. Open your browser's developer tools and select the Network tab.
2. Process a PDF with the tool.
3. You will see requests for the application's own JavaScript and for the pdf.js rendering assets, all served from this domain. You will not see a request carrying your document.
4. You can also disconnect from the internet after the page has loaded. The tool keeps working, because there is nothing it needs to contact.

What is stored

• On our servers: nothing. There is no upload endpoint, no database of documents and no file storage.
• In your browser: the file and its intermediate images exist in memory while you are working, and are released when you process another file or close the tab.
• Server logs: the hosting provider serving this site records ordinary web-request data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — as any web server does. These logs cover requests for pages and assets. They cannot contain your document, because your document is never requested from or sent to the server.

Cookies

The tool sets no cookies of its own and uses no cookie banner, because it has nothing to consent to. Preferences you set in Advanced settings live only in the current page and are not persisted.

Analytics

This deployment has analytics disabled. No analytics script is loaded and no usage events are recorded.

If analytics is ever enabled, it will record page views and anonymous product events — that an upload started, that processing completed, which mode was selected — and never filenames, page images or document contents. This page will be updated to say so.

Third parties

The site loads its code, fonts and pdf.js runtime assets from its own domain. No third-party advertising, tracking, fingerprinting or social widgets are embedded.

Aside from the optional analytics provider described above, no third party receives any information about your visit from this application.

Retention and deletion

Because no document ever reaches a server, there is no retention period and nothing to delete. Closing the tab discards everything held in memory.

The enhanced file you download is saved by your browser to your device, and its lifetime is entirely up to you.

AI training

Your documents are not used to train any model, by us or by anyone else. They never leave your device, so no such use is technically possible.

Children

This is a general-purpose document utility that collects no personal data and requires no account. It is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If the architecture ever changes in a way that affects any of the above — for example if a server-side processing option were added — this page will be updated before that change ships, and the claim that files stay on your device will be removed or qualified accordingly.
